The LOTI - Lord of the Ice is a device by RUI UNAS that allows for immersion baths in cold water. The Cold Water Immersion Project arises in conjunction between RUI UNAS and TENSAI INDÚSTRIA, originating from a challenge issued by Rui Unas himself, aka LORD OF THE ICE, to TENSAI to develop a device that would allow for immersion and experience of cold baths in a safe, certified, and controlled manner.
Naturally, the challenge did not go unnoticed, and we saw in this project an additional opportunity to develop something completely outside of what is usually requested of us.
We fine-tuned the details, and from theory, we moved on to practice with the development of a first prototype that allows for immersion in a cold bath.

And so, the project is born - LOTI - the ultimate cold bath experience with LORD OF THE ICE!
The LOTI - LORD OF THE ICE is developed based on the accumulated Know-how of TENSAI INDÚSTRIA in the development of various solutions in the refrigeration sector. This type of equipment, often used in DIY projects for this purpose, has been attracting cold bath practitioners from all over the planet. For RUI UNAS and TENSAI INDÚSTRIA, the challenge remains in the premise of developing a safe, certified cold bath solution based on the same operating and cooling criteria as other TENSAI refrigeration equipment.
Such careful selection of equipment and components allows for superior performance levels aligned with the most demanding usage modes required, for example, in the commercial/professional context.
It is also worth noting the technical and product engineering prowess associated with the thermal insulation of this equipment. One of the main aspects that prevents thermal losses, maintains required temperatures, and reduces appliance energy consumption is its thermal insulation. Thickness and quality are crucial to achieving these objectives. Thus, the LOTI - LORD OF THE ICE features high-density injected polyurethane insulation with a minimum thickness of 70mm at the top of the equipment and between 145mm and 245mm along its base. For this purpose, we cooperate with the world's largest producer of chemicals in the development of polyurethanes, with extensive knowledge of chemical engineering, testing new formulas and innovative foaming technologies integrated into this equipment.
The entire interior of the LOTI - LORD OF THE ICE has been properly restructured to provide greater comfort and ergonomics for the user.
The LOTI operates at temperatures that can drop below 0°C, creating ice automatically. This process can be managed through the digital temperature controller attached to the equipment, defining the desired temperature.
We combine productive capacity and industrial installed capacity that allows us the volume and scalability of equipment production for domestic use with the attention to detail and artisanal modus operandi typical of a tailored-made process required in the production of equipment for professional use, bringing to you: LOTI - LORD OF THE ICE for a total cold bath immersion experience.
